Parameters determined by Adaptolog System

Adaptive parameters

Adaptive levels - reccurent phases of coefficient of reaction changes, characterize power budget that organism has for realization of the response to the internal and external stimuli. Detected regularities allow to give every level its own number (from 0 to 6). Coefficient of reaction - reflects the degree of the energy resources sufficient to form adequate system response and performs a quantitative characteristic of such qualitative indices as training response, activation, reactivation and stress-response.

Adaptive levels and coefficient of reaction (adaptive organism potential in aggregate) characterize space-time localization of the current human organism condition on the common adaptive scale and detect qualitative features of the functional changes dynamic and also pathologic process both during its appearance and reduction. It was established that adaptive potential, determined by adaptive levels and coefficient of reaction, authentically reflected all the clinical stages of the desease:

a) incubation period;

b) prodrome;

c) appearance and development of the clinical finding;

d) maximum of the process development;

e) crisis;

f) ending of the clinical presentations;

g) reconvalescention;

h) recovery or conversion of the desease into chronicity, which can be devided into periods of remission and exacerbation.

This allows to follow visually condition’s changes in the process of the deseases appearance, its course, and also to estimate the influence of medical and other effects and carry out their correction.

Level of organism's adaptibility - estimation of organism's ability to adapt, which has five gradations: normal, moderate, expressed and significant decrease in adaptibility.

General parameters

Quantitative evluation of the common organism condition is determined as an integral intensity (from weak to considerable) parameter of the degree of important organism systems (central nervuos, endocrinic, immune systems) deviant from the standards. In the formalized form this characteristics sereves for the quantitative evluation of the organism condition severity.

Quantitative evluation of the protective and compensatory organism mechanisms - an integral modification (from weak to considerable) parameter of the cellular and humoral immunities deviants. This is represented in the formalized form as percents from the optimal condition.

Probability of the organism condition changes – charaterizes the organism condition stability rate (from stable to unstable) and is calculated from the received regularities of adaptive organism condition changes probability during some esteblished time interval.

Energy characteristics of the organism are determined on the basis of the regularities of thyroid blood hormones maintenance changes. It supposes the estimation of the energy, directed to the realization of the immediate and deferred response, estimation of the reserve and common energy. Separate energetics indices are calculated from the probability of the changes of this or another adaptive condition, of its directivity and intensity taking into account time periods.

The last index is quantitative evluation of the stimili intensity. It formalizes intensity (from weak to considerable) of tonifing and weakening influence of external agents. Under “influencing factors” we understand block of the effects, which the organism respondes. Calculation of this index is based on the energy outlays evaluation and also evaluation of the features of their changes under different responses depending on localization in this or another adaptive level.

Regulative systems parameters

Diagnostic system “Adaptolog” gives an opportunity of probabilistic relative evaluation of some hormons maintenance: thyroxin, triiodothyronine (thyroid gland), cortisol (epinephros), insulin (pancreas), immunolodical indices maintenance as T-lymphocytes, helper T-lymphocytes, suppressor T-lymphocytes, B- lymphocytes, null cells, phagocytosis, immunoglobulins; central nervous system indices as anxiety, emotional responsiveness, cognitive functions, motional analyzer condition, determination of the time needed for operator’s activity and number of the errors. Their relative evaluation is based on the regularities of the changes of indices data from adaptive level and coefficient of reaction. 100% (standard) - values, typical for optimal adaptive potential (3rd level, coefficient of reaction 0,65).

Psycho-emotional state parameters

In the Adaptolog System, the important place is occupied with the estimation of patient's psycho-emotional state. The base of the offered method are D.Bartleta and K.Izarda's researches of psycho-emotional state development (parametrical scale, scale of differential emotions) and P.Feoktistova's test. Also O.Sorokin's methodical approach of adaptable potential estimation has been used.

Adaptolog System estimates adaptive potential of person's psycho-emotional state (determines the adaptive level and coefficient of reaction). The program allows to determine integrated parameters: the general condition, level of adaptibility, force of influencing factors, changes in motivation, level of neurotization. Alongside with this, the program estimates direction and influence force of the factors forming person's psycho-emotional state.
